20 billion of menstrual products are disposed of annually in the USA. Upgrade your period with this premium reusable silicone disc.
Easy to use and comfortable. Live free of the tampon aisle—forever. Wear up to 12 hours to swim, run, bike, hike, or take a long flight.
Because the disc collects your flow without relying on suction to stay in place and positions behind your pubic bone, it’s ideal for those with bladder sensitivities, a weak pelvic floor or a low or high cervix. Includes a custom finger notch that makes removal a breeze. Flexible, flat fit allows for mess-free intimacy.
The disc is inserted like a tampon, but collects rather than absorbs your flow. It rests around the cervix for leak-free comfort.

Cleaning /
Rinsing with COLD water is the best way to clean a menstrual cup. Make sure to periodically clean the suction holes of your cup by filling it with water and squeezing it from the top down. Wash thoroughly with mild soap and hot water once a day. Avoid harsh soaps with fragrances.
To fully sterilize your cup, we advise boiling your cup for 5 minutes (no more than 7 min) between each menstrual cycles. Store in the provided pouch. Another way how to sterilize cup is to rinse thoroughly and wipe with clean soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
