How to Use:

Pop one tablet into your mouth and give it a quick crunch with your teeth to break it down.
Brush
Grab your wet toothbrush and start brushing like normal, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. The crushed tablet will foam up just like regular toothpaste. Do not swallow the tablet.
Rinse
