At Fill Happy, we want to make it easy and convenient to get the products you love while keeping sustainability in mind.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship orders anywhere in the United States and Canada within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $125

• Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily during normal business hours. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in Williamsburg VA

• Orders placed before 4 PM during store hours will be delivered same day

• Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day we are open

• When your order is delivered, you’ll receive an email notification.

Liquid Products & Refills

• Liquid products in a new purchased bottle (up to 32 oz) can be shipped within the US.

• Refills are only available via pickup or local delivery to reduce spills and packaging waste.

• We cannot ship toilet paper.

• We cannot ship 64 oz jugs.
