30-Day Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. We’re always here to help you find the best option for your needs.
Return Eligibility
To keep products safe and reduce unnecessary waste, returned items must be:

How to Start a Return
For online orders, email us at jana@fillhappy-va.com to request a return.
If your return is approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In-store purchases can be returned directly at our storefront during business hours.
To minimize shipping waste, please do not send anything back without first contacting us.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packing orders, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right and handle replacements responsibly.
Non-Returnable Items
To prioritize hygiene, reduce product waste, and protect the integrity of refill goods, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
• Any refill products purchased by the ounce
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
To keep things smooth and efficient, the quickest way to make an exchange is to return your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need a little time to process the refund on their end.
